Marcus Mariota Catches His Own Touchdown Pass! | Titans vs. Chiefs | NFL
The Tennessee Titans (9-7) was not suppose to challenge the Kansas City Chiefs (10-6) at Arrowhead Stadium. The Titans were down 21-3 in the 2nd half but the Titans didn't get the memo because Marcus Mariota threw a TD pass to himself off a deflection that could have been an interception by the Kansas Chiefs. That helped the Tennessee Titans rally to pull off an upset to the Kansas City Chiefs 22-21 in Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, KS. QB Alex Smith of the Chiefs have likely played his last game in a Chiefs uniform(Alex Smith is in trade rumors talks). Many people will wonder how do a QB throw a TD pass to himself, well it's not that hard because the Chiefs showed that it can be done when you can't catch what should have been an interception against a visiting team's QB pass. Chiefs fans don't want to see the highlights and it is not fair to get the highlights where the Kansas City Chief went wrong in the 2nd half. The inability to hold on to big leads have been a knock on the Kansas City Chiefs and that's the 2nd time that they blew a big lead. The other time that the Chiefs blew a big lead was against the Indianapolis Colts in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis when the Chiefs had a 31-7 lead which the Colts rallied to win 45-44 back in 2013.
